Q:  How long have you been interested in providing insight and support?  How did you discover this was your talent?

A:  
I remember at the age of twelve, walking around the lake at sleep away camp with my older sister.  I discovered how fascinated I
was with gaining clarity and understanding about life back then.  My favorite class in high school was Sociology and in college it was
Psychology.  I applied those interests throughout my business career, first as a buyer for Bloomingdale’s – focusing on customer
needs and wants and in later years applying customer motivation to the sales process at Oracle Corporation.  

My business, Creative Insight Consulting, has been the next step forward in sharing my talents with businesses and professionals.  I
have taken lessons learned throughout my life from the exploration of a multitude of philosophies, practices and programs and
developed “
The Insight-to-Achieve Program.”  This program is the best way I know of to make a difference in people’s lives.

Q:  Who are your typical clients?

A:
 I work primarily with businesses and professionals from all different industries.  “The Insight-to-Achieve Program” works across
all industries, including:









I’ve worked with small business owners, principals of mid-sized firms and senior executives within Fortune 500 organizations.  
Professionals, perhaps like yourself, may or may not come to me through their company’s own involvement.  Some companies will
budget one-on-one services for their associates.  Many professionals prefer their companies remain unaware of their engaging my
services, particularly if a job change is involved.

Regardless of the working relationship, my clients have all achieved a certain level of business success prior to working with me.  
Many are vice president-level or higher in Fortune 500 companies, award-winning sales professionals, or accomplished business
owners.  

The common denominator for all of my clients is the willingness to explore their self-discovery process, breakthrough the “logjams”
preventing them from achieving the results they want and accomplish the challenges they desire.

A:
 My approach that is different from many coaches.  I am not a “slap- you-on-the-side-of-the-head” type of coach!

A:  
My favorite clients have the willingness to gain self-awareness and go through “The Insight-to-Achieve Program” with an open
mind.  They learn from their experiences and take courageous action even if they perceive risk is involved.  And we have fun, laugh
and enjoy the process together!

Q:  What is “The Insight-to-Achieve Program” and how does it work?

A:
 “The Insight-to-Acheive Program” is the methodology I use to support businesses and professionals in achieving their goals.  
The program is a four-step process that is easy to understand and execute on:

“THE INSIGHT-TO-ACHIEVE PROGRAM”

1. Your Discovery Process  
I support you in seeing clearly, perhaps for the first time, with perceptive focus and understanding into the inner, authentic nature of
something.   This step may include your own personal MAPP Assessment (Motivational Appraisal of Personal Potential) to further

2. Your Vision Session  
You’ll turn newfound insight into a usable, productive force for goal achievement.  

3. Your Action Plan
You’ll develop customized action plans for greater clarity and accountability to your goals and take action on those plans!

4. Your Results
You’re supported through the results process with future growth in mind.

Where did “
The Insight-to-Achieve Program” come from?

The actual name of the program, “
The Insight-to-Achieve Program” is new as of this year.  However, the program’s roots go back to
1997.  I incorporated parts of this program while employed at Fortune 500 companies, training hundreds of sales associates on
consultative sales and relationship selling techniques.  

“I was lucky enough to work with Joanne at Oracle and then to be one of her clients at Creative.  I was having difficulty with choosing
between a new career endeavor or continuing with my current line of work.  Joanne provided great coaching as I made my difficult
decision.  With her help, I was able to make the best choice keeping in mind what was truly important to my family and me.”

Q:  What results can I expect, and how soon can I expect them?

A:
 Your results and how quickly you achieve them will depend on who you are, what you want and if you’re willing to do whatever it
takes to get the results you say you want!

contacted through me initially.

Q:  Will my return-on-investment pay off?

A:
 There are often tangible and intangible results gleaned from “The Insight-to-Achieve Program.”  Much will depend on what your

Q:  How do we actually work together to implement the program?

A:
 The process starts with the mutual agreement to work together.  

For “
The Insight-to-Achieve Program” to be really effective, clients are asked to commit to the process for a 3-month minimum period
of time.  This period is typically the minimum time it takes to change behavior and beliefs for the challenges clients are taking on.  

We work together primarily by hourly telephone sessions, typically on a weekly basis.  Although I’m on the east coast, I have clients
as far away as India who are able to participate via phone calls.  I also work with companies on group conference calls if people work
virtually.  

In addition to the support you’ll receive from me on the calls or the in-person meetings, each phone session you’ll get “homework
assignments” or action items based on the insight realized on the call that day.  The homework further supports you in achieving your
goals, if you choose to do it.  

Some clients touch base with me during the week to let me know how they’re progressing or if they need a quick moment of my time
via email.

You can cancel your commitment at any time with no financial penalty (as long as you are paid in full for the time we have already
worked together).

Q:  What happens if I haven’t achieved my goals during the initial 3-month commitment period?

A:
 On average, professionals engage my services for six to nine months, depending on what they want to achieve and how rigorous
they are with the process.  As they accomplish their goals, clients move on to new opportunities they’d like to work with me on . . .

“It’s funny, but you can be so good at identifying brand attributes and communicating consumer benefits for your clients, but when it
comes to doing the same for yourself, it seems to be an insurmountable task.  Joanne helped me identify what value I would bring to
a new position and what I wanted in a new job.  When an offer came, Joanne was there to coach me through negotiations.  As I
progress through the new company, I know that circumstances will arise where I will need to think through my approach.  And Joanne
