Creative Insight Consulting was founded in May 2002 for businesses and individuals seeking an objective,
supportive environment to pursue their goals.
Joanne Goldman has had an award winning, twenty-five year career in industries as diverse as retail, technology,
non-profit education and sales. From her own professional lessons learned, she has bolstered the confidence of
previously accomplished professionals in industries such as media, advertising, fashion and software to reach
higher and achieve their goals.
Joanne has been a trusted advisor to C-level/senior management at global companies with revenues exceeding
$30 billion. She has ten years of corporate expertise coaching and training Fortune 500 sales forces in
consultative selling and marketing strategy. Joanne is a former buyer for Bloomingdale's, and has also been a
Senior Director at Oracle Corporation where she coached and trained sales teams on how to sell into 2000+ retail
accounts. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration with a marketing concentration from Adelphi
University.
Joanne is a member of the International Coach Federation, CoachVille and the International Association of
Coaches. She has additional affiliations with transformational organizations such as Personal Dynamics,
Momentum Education and Source Management. She has also been a motivational speaker for Monster
Worldwide, Inc.'s Making It Count Division.
Joanne has been associated with New York University's School of Continuing and Professional Studies since
1996, where she received a Certificate in Training and Organization Development. From 1997 to the present, she
has been an Honorarium Instructor for Strategic Selling, Global Markets and Strategic Marketing Management
courses.
Joanne resides in the New York City area and is happily married to her best friend, Ed.
